We guarantee you will love the Perfect Pace. If you don’t, let us know and we’ll do our best to make you happy. We understand that not every training tool works well for every dog, and we want you to be thrilled with our products.
Our satisfaction guarantee means we will offer a full refund the purchase price within 30 days of purchase.

Warranty and Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our products. We offer a 90 day warranty on the workmanship and materials of the woven Perfect Pace products.*
Be sure not to let your dog chew on the product, as chewing, misuse and alterations are not covered by this warranty. (The woven material is quite durable and will last a good long time. However, synthetic materials can fray with heavy use or wear out over time. If you feel the product has worn out unnecessarily after the 90 day period, contact us and we’re happy to discuss a solution.)

Lifetime Warranty on Leather

Leather Perfect Pace items are guaranteed for life, just like all leather products made by Bold Lead Designs!*
If your LEATHER Perfect Pace ever breaks or is damaged from regular use, simply contact us for a replacement or repair at no charge. There is no time limit. This is the best warranty in the industry. (Only leather items are guaranteed for a lifetime.)


*Warranty is limited to replacement or repair of covered product only, and does not cover chewing, neglect, misuse, normal wear, or customer alterations. Bold Lead Designs reserves the right to determine if a repair or replacement is covered by our warranty. Limitation of Damages:Guarantee/Warranty is limited to replacement or repair of product only. Bold Lead Designs, LLC, or its associates, cannot be responsible for any claims or liabilities beyond the scope of the guarantee. Chewing, neglect and misuse, customer alterations, and items marked with a star void all warranties. No other warranties, expressed or implied, are made. User assumes all responsibility for proper and safe use of product and care of animal. Customer pays for shipping for warranty claims.

Returns & Exchanges

If you would like to return or exchange an item (within 30 days of purchase), and the item was purchased directly from Bold Lead Designs, please send it back to the workshop with a completed Return-Exchange Form (PDF download, please print out and complete the form).

All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by a Return-Exchange Form (PDF download, please print out and complete the form).

No returns or exchanges will be processed without the necessary documentation. Customer is responsible for all related shipping costs. If you purchased your item from another retialer, please return it to them.

If we mistakenly sent an incorrect or defective item, we’ll replace it at no charge and will cover the return shipping. Please contact us immediately to let us know if you have an issue and we’ll find the easiest way to get you taken care of.

Have a warranty issue? Need a repair or replacement?

Please contact us directly and let us know so we can find the best solution. If the product sustained damage under normal use, and is covered under warranty, we will make it right at no charge (just pay for shipping).

What to do: Tell us what product you have, and what the issue is. If you can email photos, that’s super helpful! We’ll help determine if a repair or replacement is in order, or what the best solution will be. (Usually we’ll have you mail the item to us.)
